i found the hotel to have excellent facilities. the gym had several treadmills and a good selection of weights. the food was amazing!!! the buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the a la carte restaurants were very tasty.

The staff was generally helpful throughout the hotel. branded ice creams were available at the bars. i also appreciated how relaxed the atmosphere was. It.
i found it difficult to book the a la carte restaurants. i also found that there were too many kids, and this impacted noise levels. kids were screaming in the corridors outside the rooms late at night.

the facilities had many good brand drinks included in the price.
i was disappointed by the hotel rooms they were not cleaned daily plates were left outside my door and were not removed for days. the staff was constantly on their phones in the restaurants tables were uncleared and there was a constant language barrier .

The animation team were amazing. I especially enjoyed darts with pekcan. he and the other staff remembered my name, a nice touch! the staff around the pool kept my drink full and they are fun to watch on their rollerskates!!!
I found the buffet a bit hit and miss. Some items were not as good as others. i tried logging in right at 9:00 a.m., but there were never any tables available.
